By using our website or enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, or enrolling in any training program offered by G Emergency Care Services (a unit of Golden Rays Society), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy.

If you are enrolling on behalf of an organisation (such as a hospital, nursing college, or corporate), you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

G Emergency Care Services provides professional emergency medical and life-support training, including but not limited to First Aid & CPR, Basic Life Support (BLS), Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), International Trauma Life Support (ITLS), workplace safety training, and NABH accreditation consultancy.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any course, curriculum, schedule, or service at any time. Course content, duration, and pricing may be revised to reflect current guidelines, standards, and operational requirements.

4. Enrolment & Registration

To enrol in a course, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for ensuring that all details — including your name, contact information, and qualification — are correct, as these are used for communication and certification.

We will never sell your personal information, and we will only use it for the purposes described in this policy.

5. Fees & Payment

Course fees are as communicated at the time of enrolment or as published for specific programs. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and may be subject to applicable taxes (GST) unless otherwise stated.

Any fees displayed on the website are indicative and may vary based on course type, location, group size, and customisation. Please contact us for a confirmed quotation for your specific requirement.

6. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund terms are designed to be fair to both participants and our training operations:

Cancellation by the Participant

  • Cancellation Notice: 7 or more days before the training date
    Refund Eligibility: Full refund or free rescheduling
  • Cancellation Notice: 3–6 days before the training date
    Refund Eligibility: 50% refund or free rescheduling
  • Cancellation Notice: Less than 3 days before the training date
    Refund Eligibility: No refund (one-time reschedule may be allowed)
  • Cancellation Notice: No-show on training day
    Refund Eligibility: No refund

Cancellation or Rescheduling by Us

In rare cases, we may need to reschedule or cancel a training session due to unforeseen circumstances (such as trainer unavailability, insufficient enrolment, or events beyond our control). In such cases, you will be offered:

  • A rescheduled date at no additional cost, or
  • A full refund of the course fee paid.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.
  • Refund requests must be made in writing via email to gemergencycare@gmail.com.
  • Any transaction or processing charges may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

Group & Corporate Bookings

Cancellation and refund terms for corporate, hospital, and nursing college group bookings may differ and will be governed by the specific agreement or quotation issued for that booking.

7. Certification

Upon successful completion of a course — including attendance, participation, and any required assessment — participants will be issued a certificate of completion.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a training session, without refund, for misconduct, disruptive behaviour, or violation of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and within our training programs — including course materials, manuals, presentations, text, graphics, logos, and the G Emergency Care Services name and branding — is the intellectual property of G Emergency Care Services or its licensors, and is protected by applicable laws.

10. Training Disclaimer

Our training programs are designed to teach life-saving skills and emergency response techniques based on recognised guidelines. However, completion of a course does not guarantee any specific outcome in a real emergency, nor does it replace professional medical judgement, licensure, or the duty to seek qualified medical help.

Participants are expected to apply their training responsibly and within the scope of their professional qualifications and local laws. G Emergency Care Services does not accept liability for how training is applied outside of the training environment.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, G Emergency Care Services, its trainers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
